Practice data shows that the strength of the cement-stabilized waste concrete recycled aggregate designed by the invention can meet the design requirements of various grades of road bases, and the cement-stabilized waste concrete recycled aggregate can replace traditional cement-stabilized macadam to be used for a road semi-rigid base, so that the construction waste is turned into wealth, and ecological environmental protection and cyclic and ordered development of road construction are assisted.
