The invention relates to the technical field of aluminum plates, in particular to an aluminum ceiling with a super-hydrophobic surface and a preparation method thereof.The aluminum plate is subjected to surface etching through hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide, the surface of the aluminum plate can be effectively etched through the combination of hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide, and the roughness of the surface of the aluminum plate can be improved; a micron-order stepped coarse structure is formed on the surface of the aluminum plate, so that a better foundation can be provided in subsequent hydrophobic treatment, and the hydrophobic coating can cover the surface of the aluminum plate more uniformly; secondly, silane coupling agent modified silicon dioxide, modified polyvinylidene fluoride and epoxy resin are used as raw materials for preparing the aluminum plate super-hydrophobic coating, water and other liquid can be effectively prevented from being accumulated on the surface of an aluminum plate, the risks of corrosion and pollution are reduced, the interface compatibility between silicon dioxide and polyvinylidene fluoride can be improved through a silane coupling agent, and therefore the super-hydrophobic coating of the aluminum plate is prepared. The interaction between the two is enhanced, so that the coating is more stable.
