The invention discloses an early strength agent for large-temperature-difference well cementation cement slurry and a preparation method of the early strength agent. The early strength agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of nano quartz powder; 32 to 45 parts of nano calcined kaolin; 5-10 parts of a dispersant; and 3-5 parts of a silane coupling agent. When the early strength agent is prepared, the dispersing agent and the silane coupling agent are adopted to perform surface modification on the nano quartz powder and the nano calcined kaolin, so that the problem of slow strength development of large-temperature-difference well cementation cement paste in a low-temperature region section is solved, the well cementation quality of a long cementation section is guaranteed, and efficient and safe exploitation of deep oil and gas resources is guaranteed.
