The invention relates to a phase-change ice and snow melting steel slag aggregate, an asphalt mixture and a preparation method of the phase-change ice and snow melting steel slag aggregate. The phase change ice and snow melting steel slag aggregate provided by the invention is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90 to 110 parts of eutectic phase change material, 190 to 210 parts of steel slag, 90 to 110 parts of modifier, 290 to 310 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 180 to 200 parts of cement and 8 to 12 parts of silica fume. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, the modified steel slag adsorbed with the phase-change material is secondarily packaged by adopting the styrene-acrylic emulsion and the modified cement slurry, so that the problem that the steel slag aggregate containing the phase-change material and the asphalt mixture thereof are easy to leak in the use process is effectively solved. Through the synergistic effect of all the raw material components, the asphalt mixture can be endowed with excellent temperature adjusting and ice melting functions, and active melting of ice and snow on an asphalt pavement in winter is achieved. Meanwhile, the invention provides a way for high-value utilization of the steel slag, the problem that the stacking amount of the waste steel slag is large is effectively relieved, and good economic benefits are achieved.
