The invention relates to the technical field of energy-saving coating preparation, and particularly discloses an energy-saving coating applied to a large ethylene heating furnace and a preparation method thereof.The energy-saving coating is prepared from, by mass, 20%-25% of a heat insulation ceramic material, 22%-28% of first filler, 20%-25% of an adhesive, 5%-10% of an auxiliary and the balance deionized water; the general chemical formula of the heat-insulating ceramic material is (Mga, Cob, Nix, Zny) FezTi2O5, wherein a, b, x, y and z are selected from 0.18 to 0.20 and are the same; the first filler contains AlF3; the adhesive is formed by mixing an aluminum phosphate adhesive, silica sol and a second filler, and the second filler is formed by mixing kaolin, aluminum hydroxide, silicon carbide, nano silicon and boron carbide. The energy-saving coating provided by the invention has the advantages of high bonding strength between the energy-saving coating and the large ethylene heating furnace lining, high hardness, good smoothness, remarkable energy-saving and synergistic effects and long service life.
本发明涉及节能涂料制备技术领域,具体公开了一种应用于大乙烯加热炉的节能涂料及其制备方法,包括如下质量百分数的组分:隔热陶瓷材料20%‑25%、第一填料22%‑28%、胶黏剂20%‑25%、助剂5%‑10%,余量为去离子水;隔热陶瓷材料的化学通式为(Mga,Cob,Nix,Zny)FezTi2O5,a、b、x、y、z选自0.18‑0.20且相同;第一填料中含有AlF3;胶黏剂由磷酸铝胶黏剂、硅溶胶和第二填料混合而成,第二填料由高岭土、氢氧化铝、碳化硅、纳米硅、碳化硼混合而成。本发明提出的节能涂料与大乙烯加热炉衬之间的结合强度大、硬度高、光滑性好,节能增效效果显著且使用寿命长。
