The invention discloses a pH response initiator for improving the mechanical property of a cement-based material as well as a preparation method and application of the pH response initiator, and belongs to the technical field of building material admixtures. The preparation process of the initiator comprises the following steps of: dissolving a shell layer material which can be hydrolyzed under an alkaline condition and is used as an oil phase solution in a solvent; mixing the water-soluble polymer aqueous solution and the coated small molecules to obtain an aqueous phase solution; under the action of an emulsification shearing machine, pouring the water-phase solution into the oil-phase solution, and emulsifying to form an emulsion; adding a diluted aqueous solution of a water-soluble polymer into the emulsion, and continuously emulsifying; heating until the solvent is completely volatilized to obtain turbid liquid; filtering and cleaning to obtain capsule particles. The initiator provided by the invention realizes adjustability and controllability of in-situ polymerization, effectively improves the microstructure of the cement-based material, and endows the cement-based material with better fracture resistance without reducing the compression resistance of the cement-based material.
本发明公开了一种用于提升水泥基材料力学性能的pH响应引发剂及其制备方法和应用,属于建筑材料外加剂技术领域。该引发剂的制备过程如下:以碱性条件下可水解的高分子作为壳层材料,将壳层材料溶解在溶剂中作为油相溶液;将水溶性高分子水溶液和包覆小分子混合作为水相溶液;在乳化剪切机的作用下,将水相溶液倒入油相溶液中乳化形成乳液;将乳液中加入水溶性高分子的稀释水溶液,继续乳化;加热直至溶剂完全挥发,得到悬浊液;过滤清洗得到胶囊颗粒。本发明的引发剂实现了原位聚合的可调可控,有效改善了水泥基材料的微观结构,赋予水泥基材料更好的抗折性能的同时还不降低其抗压性能。
