The invention relates to a high-strength concrete composite floor for an outdoor humid area. The concrete composite floor is prepared from glass fibers, cement, fine aggregate, a water reducing agent and a special polyester powder coating. The polyester powder coating of the concrete composite floor comprises self-made polyester resin, a curing agent, titanium dioxide, barium sulfate, a wetting accelerant, a flatting agent and the like. Firstly, a required concrete pavement panel is prepared, and then the prepared polyester powder coating is subjected to thick coating and thermocuring forming to obtain the concrete composite floor. Compared with a common concrete mortar base material, the composite floor has the advantages of being attractive, high in strength, resistant to abrasion, low in water absorption rate and the like, and compared with wood-plastic composite floors widely used in outdoor humid areas at present, the composite floor has the advantages of being high in strength, not prone to deformation, resistant to water, resistant to abrasion, difficult to burn, excellent in weather resistance and the like under the same size.
本发明涉及一种户外潮湿区域用高强度混凝土复合地板,该混凝土复合地板是由玻璃纤维、水泥,细集料、减水剂以及特殊的聚酯粉末涂料制得;所述混凝土复合地板的聚酯粉末涂料包括自制聚酯树脂、固化剂、钛白粉、硫酸钡、润湿促进剂、流平剂等。首先制备出所需要求的混凝土路用面板,然后再将制备出的聚酯粉末涂料进行厚涂,热固化成型得到本发明混凝土复合地板。该复合地板相比普通的混凝土砂浆基材,具有美观、强度高、耐磨、吸水率低等优点,与目前户外潮湿区域广泛使用的木塑复合地板相比,具有同尺寸下强度高、不易变形,耐水、耐磨、难燃、耐候性能出色等优点。
