The invention relates to cement concrete pavement construction and repair, and discloses a cement concrete pavement joint and crack pouring construction method which comprises the steps of joint cleaning treatment, aggregate filling, adhesive pouring, waterproof material spraying and injection and the like. According to the method, aggregate, an adhesive and a waterproof material are combined for crack pouring, and the aggregate is a skeleton of a crack pouring structure and serves as a main bearing part; the adhesive not only can bond the aggregate, but also can bond the crack pouring structure with the side wall of the joint, so that the effects of force conduction and dispersion are achieved; the waterproof material not only further fills gaps of the crack pouring structure and further bonds the aggregate, but also blocks the gaps on the surface of the crack pouring structure to form a waterproof thin layer; the crack pouring structure has various effects of bearing, bonding, plastic deformation, water resistance, fatigue resistance, embedding prevention and the like, the bearing capacity of the joint, the driving comfort and the attractiveness of the pavement can be improved, the diseases of the cement concrete pavement are effectively improved, and the service life of the pavement is prolonged.
