When the traffic flow is large and large vehicles need to be intercepted independently, the overturning piece on the overturning frame is controlled to drive the second brake bar to rotate, the second brake bar rotates and is folded with the first brake bar to open a half of the entrance, small vehicles are released, the large vehicles are intercepted independently, and therefore the problems that an existing parking lot barrier gate device is inconvenient to use and high in practicability are solved. Under the condition that the traffic flow of some open parking lots is large, when large vehicles need to be independently blocked and small vehicles need to be released, manual blocking is needed, and time and labor are wasted.
