The invention relates to the technical field of house building engineering construction, in particular to a rotary excavating pile steel bar positioning method which comprises a device body, the device body comprises a plurality of jacking units, and the jacking units are evenly arranged on the outer side of a steel bar cage in the circumferential direction and used for determining the distance between the steel bar cage and the inner wall of a rotary excavating pile. The steel reinforcement cage supporting device is simple in structure and convenient to mount, each supporting unit is a single component, mounting and dismounting are easy, and the steel reinforcement cage can be directly hung and connected in the welding process; and the jacking units effectively support the reinforcement cage, so that the work of manually dragging and positioning the reinforcement cage at the edge of a pile hole by using a rope is avoided, and potential safety hazards are completely eradicated.
