The invention provides a full-assembly box type modular frame structure which comprises a frame module structure, and the frame module structure is formed by sequentially connecting an upper module beam, a lower module beam and a module column in an enclosing mode. A connecting plate is arranged between the module columns of the adjacent frame module structures and penetrates through the lower module beam of the frame module structure located on the upper layer through a bolt, and the connecting plate and the upper module beam of the frame module structure located on the lower layer are fastened.
