The invention relates to an assembly type fast-assembly keel and a suspended ceiling. The assembly type fast-assembly keel comprises a first transverse keel, a second transverse keel and a third transverse keel which are assembled and connected; the second transverse keel is mounted below the first transverse keel through the vertical keel; the third transverse keel is perpendicular to the second transverse keel and is mounted below the second transverse keel; a first flange end is arranged at the upper end of the vertical keel, and an arc notch is formed in the position, connected with the first transverse keel, of the first flange end. And the first flange end is connected with the first transverse keel through a first connecting bolt penetrating through the arc notch. Through assembly type connection among the first transverse keel, the vertical keel, the second transverse keel and the third transverse keel, the angles of the second transverse keel and the third transverse keel can be changed relative to the first transverse keel; therefore, when the I-shaped steel beams at the top are not parallel any more, the arrangement of the second transverse keel and the third transverse keel is not affected by the extending direction of the I-shaped steel beams, and the installation difficulty is lowered.
