Roof polymer plate joint waterproof method
The invention relates to a waterproof method for a roof polymer plate joint. The waterproof method comprises the following steps: (1) producing a waterproof device (03) for the roof polymer plate joint as required; (2) mounting a first roof macromolecular plate (01) and a second roof macromolecular plate (02); (3) after installation is completed, the roof macromolecule plate joint waterproof device (03) is welded to the joint between the first roof macromolecule plate (01) and the second roof macromolecule plate (02) through a macromolecule plate special welding rod; and (4) carrying out ultraviolet-proof treatment on a welding seam (04) formed by welding. According to the method, a mode similar to roof tile lap joint is adopted, the practical problem of thermal expansion and cold contraction of the high-molecular plates is solved, and meanwhile the joints of the roof high-molecular plates can be completely waterproof; materials consistent with a large surface can be adopted, so that the overall effect of the roof is better, and practical application significance is achieved.
本发明涉及一种屋面高分子板材接缝防水方法,包括如下步骤:(1)根据需要生产屋面高分子板材接缝防水装置(03);(2)安装第一屋面高分子板材(01)、第二屋面高分子板材(02);(3)安装完成后通过高分子板材专用焊条将屋面高分子板材接缝防水装置(03)焊接在第一屋面高分子板材(01)、第二屋面高分子板材(02)之间的接缝处;(4)对上述焊接形成的焊缝(04)进行防紫外线处理,即可。本发明采用类似于屋面瓦片搭接的方式,解决高分子板材热胀冷缩的现实问题,同时还可以使得屋面高分子板材接缝处完全防水;本发明可采用与大面一致的材料,使屋面整体效果更佳,具有实际应用意义。
