Ventilation structure of squat silo and ventilation slot construction method thereof
The squat granary ventilation structure comprises a circular granary body, a plurality of parallel ventilation grooves are formed in the inner bottom face of the circular granary body, and cast-in-place concrete air inducing grooves communicating the ventilation grooves are formed in the ends, facing the edge wall of the circular granary body, of the ventilation grooves. The cast-in-place concrete air inducing groove is provided with a ventilation opening communicated with the outside, the top of the ventilation groove is provided with a first top cover, the top of the cast-in-place concrete air inducing groove is provided with a second top cover, and the top of the first top cover is flush with the top of the second top cover. The invention further discloses a construction method of the ventilation groove of the ventilation structure of the squat silo. The construction method comprises the steps that S1, the clamping groove embedded parts are installed; s2, side formworks are installed; s3, mounting a first top cover; and S4, the ventilation slot is integrally installed. The component has the characteristics of single size, high applicability, convenience in combination and installation, few procedures, convenience in installation and correction and reduction of construction difficulty, and can be widely applied to the field of industrial buildings.
