The construction method comprises the steps that after the hanging basket device is installed, the hanging basket device and indoor glass are hoisted synchronously; the traction rope is straightened through the fixed pulley and the chain hoist and is consistent with the curtain wall in inclination; the pulling rope is adjusted through the lifting rope and the hanging basket direction control equipment until the hanging basket and the indoor inclined glass curtain wall rise obliquely; after installation is completed, the hanging basket is obliquely lifted to another area, and then installation circulation is conducted again till construction is completed; and the platform is dismantled after installation is completed.
