Clamping system for external prestressing two-end tensioning
The invention discloses a clamping system for external prestressing two-end tensioning. The clamping system comprises a clamping part, a connecting part and a binding part. The clamping part comprises a first clamping piece and a second clamping piece; the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece are respectively clamped on two opposite outer surfaces of the structure and are fastened through a screw rod; the number of the clamping parts is two, and a steel fiber bundle is clamped by the clamping parts. The two ends of the connecting part are fixed to the two opposite ends of the two first clamping pieces correspondingly so that the two first clamping pieces can be connected into the clamping system. The binding part is annularly arranged at the end of the clamping part in a sleeving mode so as to change the tensioning inclination angle of the steel fiber bundle. The binding part can apply a pre-tightening force to the clamping part, so that a steel fiber bundle warps upwards by a certain angle, the tensioning equipment is arranged at one ends of the two connecting parts, and meanwhile, the steel fiber bundle is tensioned, so that external pre-stress can be applied to a structure in a multi-angle and multi-layer composite manner; and it can be ensured that external prestress is applied more perfectly through different force application stages.
