UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete)-based wind power tower with ground anchor beam and construction method thereof
The UHPC-based wind power tower comprises a plurality of layers of UHPC tower column units which are arranged in an up-down stacking mode, and each UHPC tower column unit is of a frame type structure with a supporting column as a supporting component; the wind power tower further comprises a plurality of ground anchor beams with applied prestress, and the ground anchor beams are arranged between the UHPC tower column units and a ground foundation. The invention further provides a construction method of the wind power tower with the ground anchor beam. According to the wind power tower structure, under the action of the ground anchor beams, the UHPC tower columns are in a high-pressure stress state, the advantage of high compressive strength of UHPC can be brought into full play, and the stress performance of the UHPC tower columns is improved. A frame type tower column structure with UHPC as a main body material is adopted, the rigidity and the wind resistance stability are higher, the self weight is low, the height can be higher, and the fatigue resistance and the durability are good.
本发明公开了一种基于UHPC的带地锚束的风电塔架,包括多层上下堆叠设置的UHPC塔柱单元,所述UHPC塔柱单元为采用支柱作为支撑构件的框架式结构;所述风电塔架还包括多根已施加预应力的地锚束,所述地锚束设于所述UHPC塔柱单元与地面基础之间。本发明还提供一种上述带地锚束的风电塔架的施工方法。本发明的风电塔架结构在地锚束的作用下,UHPC塔柱处于较高压应力状态,可充分发挥UHPC高抗压强度的优势,提高了其受力性能。采用UHPC为主体材料的框架式塔柱结构,更大的刚度和抗风稳定性,自重低,高度可更高,耐疲劳和耐久性好。
