The driving assembly is electrically connected with the driving piece, and when the brake bar needs to rotate, the driving piece is started, and the driving assembly drives the clamping opening to open so as to release the transmission shaft; when the brake bar needs to stop rotating, the driving piece is closed, and the driving assembly drives the clamping opening to be closed so as to clamp the transmission shaft. The transmission shaft can be locked and fixed through the clamp assembly, the situation that the brake bar rotates to be opened under the action of external force in the closed state or suddenly falls off to be closed in the open state is avoided, and the safety of the access control system is improved.
