The invention discloses a safe and reliable grounding method of a 6KV grounding device. At present, when grounding wires are connected, sequence errors often occur, and meanwhile, whether the grounding wires are firmly connected with a grounding end and a conductor end or not is unknown during connection. The method comprises the following steps that a grounding end copper bar is clamped through a door-shaped clamp, a rotating screw rod is rotated to enable a clamping plate to clamp the grounding end copper bar, and meanwhile, when a pressure switch senses pressure, it is indicated that the grounding end is connected; when the pressure switch senses the pressure, a signal is switched on, the electromagnetic lock is powered on by the power supply, and at the moment, the spring bolt is attracted, so that the spring bolt is separated from the necking, and the adjusting screw rod can be operated; a conductor end copper bar is inserted into the conductor end fixing clamp, and the adjusting screw rod is screwed to enable the pressing plate to move upwards, so that the copper bar is clamped; the 6KV grounding device is used for 6KV grounding.
