The corrosion-resistant reinforced concrete structure prepared through the method is good in corrosion-resistant effect and high in protection durability, and corrosion of marine concrete in the marine environment can be effectively prevented.
本发明涉及钢筋混凝土改造施工领域,公开了一种耐蚀钢筋混凝土结构的施工方法,包括以下步骤:将硅酸盐水泥、细骨料、粗骨料、氯化钙、减水剂和水混合成混凝土,制备钢筋混凝土预制件;钢筋混凝土预制件的两端涂抹防腐剂,在其表面覆上防水层,并在20‑22℃下封闭养护26‑28天后进行交替养护,制得钢筋混凝土构件并投入使用;钢筋混凝土构件投入使用180‑270天后,在其表面涂刷亚硝酸盐型阻锈剂,放置t1时间之后,进行补刷,补刷量为涂刷量的1/3~1/2,即得到耐蚀钢筋混凝土结构。该方法制得的耐蚀钢筋混凝土结构耐蚀效果好,防护持久性高,可有效防止处于海洋环境的海洋混凝土的腐蚀。
