Two-component inorganic grouting material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a bi-component inorganic grouting material, which comprises a component A and a component B. The component A comprises a solid component A and water in a mass ratio of 1: (0.2-0.5), and the solid component A comprises aluminate cement, a mineral admixture, a retarder, a water reducing agent, a viscosity reducer and a thickening agent; the component B comprises a solid component B and water in a mass ratio of 1: (0.35-0.7); the solid component B comprises calcium-containing minerals, a retarder, a water reducing agent, a viscosity reducer and a thickening agent; the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: (0.5-2). By adding various auxiliaries, the component A and the component B in the bi-component inorganic grouting material respectively keep good flowability within a long time, and the component A and the component B can be rapidly coagulated after being mixed, so that the obtained grouting material can reach high final setting strength.
