Preparation method of electrified spontaneous heating ceramic container
The invention relates to a preparation method of a ceramic container capable of self-heating after being electrified, which comprises the following steps: adding bacterial cellulose dry powder into a ceramic mixed raw material, uniformly mixing, and firing at high temperature. According to the preparation method, bacterial cellulose dry powder is added into a mixed blank, and after molding, high-temperature firing is performed, so that bacterial cellulose can be converted into carbon fibers which are uniformly distributed in a ceramic blank; or bacterial cellulose dry powder is added into the mixed glaze, and after glazing, high-temperature firing is performed, so that the bacterial cellulose can be converted into carbon fibers which are uniformly distributed in the glaze body of the ceramic. When the ceramic container is used for containing water and food, a good heat preservation effect can be achieved.
本发明涉及一种能够通电自发热的陶瓷容器的制备方法,其是在陶瓷混合原料中加入细菌纤维素干粉混合均匀,再一同高温烧制。本发明在混合胚料中加入细菌纤维素干粉,成型后高温烧制,就可以使细菌纤维素转化为碳纤维且均匀分布在陶瓷胚体中;或者在混合釉料中加入细菌纤维素干粉,上釉之后经过再经过高温烧制,可以使细菌纤维素转化为碳纤维且均匀分布在陶瓷的釉体中。用这样的陶瓷容器盛装水和食品能够具有良好的保温效果。
