The invention discloses an anti-scouring tundish dry material, and relates to the technical field of tundish refractory materials, and the tundish dry material comprises the following raw material components by mass: 28-32% of 3-1mm fused magnesite, 10-20% of alumina powder, 10-20% of alumina powder, and the balance of alumina powder. The invention relates to an ultra-low thermal conductivity refractory brick which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 22-30% of 1-0mm fused magnesia, 20-28% of 200-mesh fused magnesia, 3-4.5% of phenolic resin, 1-1.4% of rectorite powder, 0.2-0.3% of SiO2 aerogel powder and the balance of 5-3mm fused magnesia. According to the ultra-low thermal conductivity refractory brick, the special layered structure of the rectorite powder and the ultra-low thermal conductivity of the SiO2 aerogel powder are ingeniously utilized; through the synergistic effect of the two components, the tundish dry material successfully solves the problems of insufficient strength and poor thermal insulation performance on the basis of keeping the original good fire resistance, and the efficiency and economical efficiency of a continuous casting process are remarkably improved.
