The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic materials, and discloses an anti-corrosion ceramic material and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that modified alpha-Al2O3 micro powder, titanium dioxide micro powder and zirconium oxide are subjected to ball milling, aging, blank pressing, sintering and other processes, and the porous alumina-based anti-corrosion ceramic material is obtained. According to the aluminum oxide ceramic material, the modified alpha-Al2O3 micro powder is used as a raw material, the polyethylene glycol-based polymer coated on the surface of the modified alpha-Al2O3 micro powder is used as a pore-forming agent, the polymer is pyrolyzed when being sintered in an air atmosphere, a rich and uniform pore structure is formed in a ceramic matrix, and the obtained aluminum oxide ceramic material still has very good bending strength while keeping relatively high porosity. Titanium dioxide is used as a sintering aid, zirconium oxide is used as a corrosion-resistant modifier, and zirconium oxide and alpha-Al2O3 form a high-stability eutectic melt in the sintering process, so that the acid and alkali corrosion resistance of the ceramic material is improved.
本发明涉及陶瓷材料技术领域,且公开了一种防腐蚀陶瓷材料及其制备方法,本发明将改性α‑Al2O3微粉,二氧化钛微粉,氧化锆经过球磨,陈化,压制成坯体,烧结等工艺,得到多孔氧化铝基的防腐蚀陶瓷材料。改性α‑Al2O3微粉表面包覆的聚乙二醇基聚合物作为造孔剂,在空气氛围中烧结时,聚合物发生热解,在陶瓷基体中形成丰富均匀的孔隙结构,得到的氧化铝陶瓷材料在保持较高孔隙率的同时,仍然具有很好的抗弯强度。以二氧化钛作为烧结助剂,氧化锆作为耐腐蚀改性剂,在烧结过程中,氧化锆与α‑Al2O3形成高稳定性的共熔体,有利于提高陶瓷材料的耐酸碱腐蚀性能。
