The invention discloses a bridge prefabricated drainage device and a construction method thereof, the bridge prefabricated drainage device comprises: a water falling opening cup, the top of which is in an open state and the bottom of which is provided with a water outlet; the first hollow pipe is communicated with the water outlet of the water falling cup; the second hollow pipe is arranged outside the first hollow pipe in a sleeving manner, so that a mounting area for mounting a drainage pipe is formed between the first hollow pipe and the second hollow pipe; and the water stop steel ring is arranged on the second hollow pipe, so that the second hollow pipe and the water stop steel ring jointly serve as a vertical anti-seepage structure for preventing rainwater from infiltrating downwards along the outer wall of the prefabricated drainage device. By installing the prefabricated drainage device at the drainage hole and forming the prefabricated drainage device and the cast-in-place structure at a time, the rainwater grate can be directly installed through the prefabricated drainage device, the rainwater grate can be installed without digging asphalt in the later period, the integrity of the cast-in-place structure cannot be damaged, the bridge construction quality can be effectively improved, and the problems of leakage and water dripping of the drainage hole in the bridge bottom can be solved.
