The invention discloses a pile foundation rotary excavating method. The method comprises the following steps: placing a rotary drilling rig in a construction site; a rotary drilling rig is used for drilling; descending the steel casing to a certain depth underground; a drilling machine is started in the steel casing, and soil is taken to the bottom of the casing; a slurry protection wall is formed through grouting; according to design requirements, soil taking drilling, slurry supplementing and soil taking hole forming are carried out; the thickness of sediment in the hole is checked regularly; a pre-manufactured reinforcement cage is hung in the hole; the thickness of the sediment in the hole is checked again, and the sediment in the hole is removed; a guide pipe is hung in the hole and used for follow-up concrete pouring; checking the internal condition of the catheter, and removing sundries in the catheter; a hole cleaning cap is installed at the top end of the guide pipe and used for controlling slurry discharge in the concrete pouring process. Hole bottom slurry is discharged through grouting; secondary hole cleaning is carried out before concrete pouring; starting to pour concrete, and pouring layer by layer according to design requirements; and after concrete pouring is completed, the steel casing is slowly pulled out, and a complete pile foundation structure is formed.
