The invention discloses a basement bottom plate construction joint leakage treatment method in the field of construction joint leakage treatment, which comprises a bottom plate concrete leveling layer, bottom plate structure layers, a bottom plate waterproof layer and a plain concrete cushion layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, and a construction joint is reserved between any two adjacent bottom plate structure layers; a pre-buried middle-mounted steel plate water stop belt is arranged between every two adjacent bottom plate structure layers. The method comprises the following steps that at least one row of waterproof holes are drilled downwards from the left side and the right side of each construction joint respectively; obliquely drilling at least one row of grouting holes towards the construction joints from the left side and the right side of each construction joint respectively; grouting is conducted on the construction joints through the grouting holes for water stopping and reinforcing; a protective concrete layer is poured on the upper portion of each construction joint in a covering mode; and an outer waterproof layer is manufactured on the surface of the protective concrete layer by using a waterproof material. The method is convenient to construct, does not affect basement use, and is economical, environment-friendly and energy-saving.
本发明公开了施工缝渗漏治理领域内的一种地库底板施工缝渗漏的治理方法，包括从上到下依次设置的底板混凝土找平层、底板结构层、底板防水层和素混凝土垫层，任意相邻的两块底板结构层之间均留有施工缝，相邻的两块底板结构层之间设有预埋的中置式钢板止水带，所述方法包括如下步骤：从每个施工缝的左右两侧分别向下钻至少一排防水孔；从每个施工缝的左右两侧分别向着施工缝倾斜打出至少一排注浆孔；通过各注浆孔向施工缝注浆进行止水加固；在每个施工缝的上方进行覆盖浇筑一层保护混凝土层；在保护混凝土层的表面用防水材料制造一外防水层。本发明施工便利，不影响地库使用，且经济环保节能。
