The invention relates to a self-resetting multi-dimensional seismic mitigation and isolation support which comprises a seismic isolation main body mechanism, a double-cylinder type hydraulic damping seismic mitigation mechanism, a horizontal self-resetting mechanism and a friction pendulum inner sliding block jacking mechanism. According to the shock absorption and isolation support, the spring piece sets are vertically adopted for shock isolation, the vertical rigidity of the structure is reduced through the spring piece sets, the vertical natural vibration period of the structure is prolonged, and low-frequency vertical earthquakes can be effectively isolated; the double-cylinder type hydraulic damping shock absorption mechanism installed inside can consume vertical earthquake energy; a friction pendulum is adopted in the horizontal direction for shock insulation, and horizontal earthquake energy is consumed through friction between the inner sliding block and the base on the basis that low-frequency horizontal earthquakes are effectively isolated. According to the self-resetting multi-dimensional seismic mitigation and isolation support, parts are simple and convenient to assemble; the functions of horizontal and vertical limiting and horizontal self-resetting are achieved, damage of an earthquake to the seismic mitigation and isolation support is reduced, and post-earthquake maintenance is facilitated; and the anti-pulling performance is good. The self-resetting multi-dimensional seismic mitigation and isolation support can be used for seismic mitigation and isolation control of a building structure.
