The invention relates to a sound absorption and noise reduction fabricated wall which comprises a keel frame, a perforated plate, an auxiliary component, a mounting part, a movable plate, a negative pressure module, an energy consumption module and a matching module. According to the invention, targeted absorption measures are respectively set for sound waves of multiple frequency bands, the nuclear mholtz resonator composed of the movable plate, the perforated plate and the auxiliary component is used for targeted absorption of low-frequency and intermediate-frequency sound waves, and the sponge layer is used for assistance, so that the absorption frequency band is expanded, and targeted absorption of high-frequency sound waves is realized; for medium-frequency sound waves frequently appearing in daily life, a thin plate resonance sound absorption structure is constructed through the resonance plate, the reinforcing piece and the movable plate, the medium-frequency sound waves are subjected to key absorption energy consumption operation, reflection of indoor sound is reduced, noise is lowered, and the tone is clearer; interference to the outside is avoided while indoor privacy is guaranteed, and mounting and dismounting are also facilitated due to the arrangement of the matching module.
