The invention relates to the field of steel structure building construction, in particular to a large-span steel structure assembling device and a construction method thereof.The large-span steel structure assembling device comprises a hoisting mechanism, an assembling jig frame, a clamping mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a fine adjustment mechanism and a sliding mechanism; the steel plates are conveyed into a factory area to be assembled, so that the construction period is greatly shortened; through mutual cooperation of the fine adjustment mechanism and the lifting mechanism, after the large-span steel structure is moved to a designated position, the four jig stand columns and the steel columns are leveled, so that bottom plates of the four steel columns of the pre-assembled large-span steel structure can abut against a concrete base at the same time; and the problems that installation is not accurate due to the height difference of the four large-span steel structures, and the concrete base is impacted due to the fact that the hydraulic thruster descends greatly are solved.
本发明涉及钢结构建筑施工领域,具体涉及一种大跨度钢结构拼装装置及其施工方法,大跨度钢结构拼装装置包括吊装机构、拼装胎架、夹紧机构、升降机构、微调机构和滑移机构,通过本发明的拼装装置对大跨度钢结构进行预拼装,并运送至厂区内进行拼装,大大降低了建设周期;通过微调机构与升降机构相互配合,将大跨度钢结构移动至指定位置后,对四个胎架立柱和钢柱进行调平,使得预拼装的大跨度钢结构的四个钢柱的底板能够同时抵接混凝土基座,避免四个大跨度钢结构的高差导致的安装不精准、以及液压顶推器大幅度下降导致对混凝土基座形成冲击的问题。
