A movable door structure is suitable for being assembled in a machine table shell. The machine table shell comprises an abutting part and is provided with an opening and an outer surface. The movable door structure comprises a support, a door plate and an elastic piece. The support is arranged in the machine table shell and comprises at least one curved sliding rail. The at least one curved sliding rail comprises a first section and a second section which are communicated with each other. A bending angle is formed between the first extending direction of the first section and the second extending direction of the second section. The door plate is arranged on the support and suitable for sliding along the at least one curved sliding rail. The door plate has an appearance surface and an inner surface opposite to each other. The elastic pieces are connected to the inner surface of the door plate and the abutting portion of the machine table shell. When the elastic piece abuts against the door plate to enable the door plate to be located at the first position, the door plate shields the opening of the machine table shell, and the appearance face of the door plate is flush with the outer surface of the machine table shell.
