A branch pipeline is mounted at one end of the main pipeline; the valve mechanism comprises a valve body used for connecting the two main pipelines, connecting threaded sleeves and connecting sleeves are installed at the two ends of the valve body, the connecting sleeves are installed at one ends of the connecting threaded sleeves, and the connecting sleeves are provided with pressure sensors communicated with the main pipelines. A valve rod is installed on the valve body, and an opening degree sensor is installed at the upper end of the valve rod. The well lid mechanism is installed at the upper end of the valve well mechanism, the inclination sensor is installed at the lower end of the well lid body, the information transmitting module is used for transmitting data information to supervisory system software, data are monitored in real time, an operator can conveniently and remotely monitor the valve body, accurate inspection is facilitated, and manpower resources are saved.
