The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and particularly discloses lithium slag recycled concrete which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of water; 140 to 145 parts of cement; 140 to 145 parts of modified lithium slag; 450 to 460 parts of fine aggregate; 625 to 635 parts of recycled coarse aggregate; 4.5 to 4.7 parts of a water reducing agent; the modification method of the modified lithium slag comprises the following steps: 1) grinding the lithium slag to 200-230 meshes to obtain lithium slag powder; the method comprises the following steps of 1, mixing lithium slag powder with a modification liquid, soaking the lithium slag powder in the modification liquid, and carrying out ultrasonic oscillation for 15-25min, and 2, filtering and drying to obtain the modified lithium slag, in the step 2, the modification liquid is a compound of secondary alkyl sodium sulfonate, coconut oil diethanolamide, nonyl ethylene glycol monomethyl ether and water.The method has the advantage that the influence on the concrete strength is reduced when a large amount of lithium slag is doped.
