The invention discloses a preparation method of a degradable environment-friendly ceramic tile, and belongs to the technical field of ceramic tile preparation. The preparation method comprises the following steps: sequentially adding the raw materials in parts by weight into a ball mill, carrying out intermittent wet ball milling for 4-5 hours, sieving to obtain slurry, and preparing a blank by utilizing a water-based tape casting method; and finally, firing the blank in a high-temperature kiln to cure the blank into the ceramic tile. The method is simple in process, power consumption during processing is reduced, the purposes of energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved, and the method can be used for large-scale industrial production. After the ceramic tile prepared by the method is crushed and naturally placed for one year under natural conditions, the degradation rate can reach 95%, the wear resistance of the ceramic tile is not obviously reduced on the premise of ensuring environmental protection and degradability, and the basic wear resistance requirement in the use process can be met.
本发明公开了一种可降解环保陶瓷砖的制备方法,属于陶瓷砖制备技术领域。将原料按份数依次加入在球磨机中进行间歇式湿法球磨,球磨4‑5小时后过筛得到泥浆,利用水基流延成型法制成毛胚。最后将毛胚在高温窑炉中烧制,使其固化成为陶瓷砖。该方法工艺简单,降低了加工时的电耗,达到了节能减排的目的,可用于大规模工业化生产。通过上述方法制备得到的陶瓷砖破碎后在自然条件下自然放置一年后降解率可达到95%,而且在保证环保可降解的前提下陶瓷砖的耐磨率没有明显降低,能够满足使用过程中基本的耐磨要求。
