The invention discloses an electrolytic water removal system which comprises a mobile carrier and a control module, a power module and a water removal module are arranged on the mobile carrier, and the water removal module comprises a lifting device connected to the mobile carrier; a mounting plate is arranged at the output end of the lifting device, an electrolysis blanket is arranged on the lower end face of the mounting plate, and the electrolysis blanket comprises a plurality of first electrodes, a plurality of second electrodes and isolation media used for isolating the first electrodes from the second electrodes; and the power supply module and the lifting device are electrically connected with the control module. According to the method, the electrolysis blanket is adopted for water electrolysis and water removal, the purpose that the water electrolysis method is applied to ground water removal is creatively achieved, no pollutant is generated in the water removal process, the surface of a site is not damaged, the requirements for environmental protection and sustainable development are met, and the application prospect is wide.
