According to the method, the electrolysis blanket is adopted for water electrolysis and water removal, the purpose that the water electrolysis method is applied to ground water removal is creatively achieved, no pollutant is generated in the water removal process, the surface of a site is not damaged, the requirements for environmental protection and sustainable development are met, and the application prospect is wide.
