The invention provides a dismantling method suitable for a continuous multi-span multi-arch arch bridge structure, which comprises the following steps: firstly dismantling a first main bridge deck and a second main bridge deck of the arch bridge structure, and then dismantling a first main bridge longitudinal and transverse beam, a first suspender assembly, a second main bridge longitudinal and transverse beam and a second suspender assembly; and then the first approach bridge panel, the second approach bridge panel, the first on-arch stand column assembly and the second on-arch stand column assembly are dismantled, and finally the first main arch ring, the second main arch ring, the first side arch ring and the second side arch ring are dismantled. Heavier components such as the first main arch ring are gradually dismantled, so that the structural stability of the arch bridge is favorably kept until the bridge is dismantled, and the dismantling work can be safely and efficiently carried out.
