Semi-walking type cement mixing pile machine and gait control method thereof
The semi-walking type cement mixing pile machine comprises a pile machine bottom frame, and walking power systems are arranged on the bottom faces of the left side and the right side of the advancing direction of the pile machine bottom frame. The walking power system comprises a Z-direction hydraulic cylinder, an X-direction hydraulic cylinder, a torsion hydraulic cylinder, an X-direction slide way plate and a steering tray. The X-direction slide way plate is arranged below the two sides of a bottom frame of the piling machine in a lifting mode, and lifting power is provided by the Z-direction hydraulic cylinder. The X-direction hydraulic cylinder is fixedly arranged on the top face of the X-direction sliding way plate in an embedded mode and provides power for X-direction relative translational motion of the Z-direction hydraulic cylinder and the X-direction sliding way plate. The bottom face of the X-direction sliding way plate is twisted on the XY plane and is connected with a steering tray in a sliding and self-adaptive mode, and a plurality of twisting hydraulic cylinders for providing twisting power for the steering tray are connected to the X-direction sliding way plate in a hinged mode. According to the pile machine, the walking power system serves as driving, reversing and steering power of the pile machine in the soft geological construction environment, structural self-locking and construction environment limitation are overcome, and the pile machine is simple in structure and easy to implement.
本发明公开了一种半步履式水泥搅拌桩桩机及其步态控制方法,包括桩机底框,桩机底框行进方向的左右两侧底面上布设步履动力系统,该步履动力系统包括Z向液压缸、X向液压缸、扭转液压缸、X向滑道板及转向托盘X向滑道板升降吊设在桩机底框的两侧下方并由Z向液压缸提供升降动力;X向液压缸嵌装固设在X向滑道板顶面上并为Z向液压缸与X向滑道板的X向相对平移运动提供动力;X向滑道板的底面上在XY平面上扭转并滑动自适应挂接转向托盘,且X向滑道板上铰装连接有多个为转向托盘提供扭转动力的扭转液压缸。该桩机以步履动力系统作为软地质施工环境下的桩机进退及转向动力,克服结构自锁及施工环境限制,且结构简单,易于实现。
