The double-row water supplementing device comprises a water supplementing device body, a rotary disc is arranged between a water inlet cavity and a water outlet cavity, a water drainage valve full-half drainage button is pressed to drive the rotary disc to rotate, and switching of water paths is achieved; a rotating shaft is arranged in the water inlet cavity, the sizes of the water passing sections of the water supplementing water way and the pressure relief water way generate opposite change trends by rotating the rotating shaft, then the water supplementing flow and the pressure relief flow are adjusted, and when the water supplementing flow is the highest, the pressure relief flow is the lowest; when the water replenishing flow is minimum, the pressure relief flow is maximum, and the flow distribution mechanism can effectively avoid potential safety hazards such as explosion or falling off of the sewer pipe in a high-pressure state. According to the double-row water supplementing device, the water path switching function, the water supplementing flow adjusting function and the pressure relief function are integrated on one module, the size of the device is reduced, the requirement for the installation space is lowered, and meanwhile the manufacturing cost is effectively reduced by reducing the number of parts and simplifying the production process.
