The invention relates to the technical field of building wallboards, and discloses a house building vibration isolation and heat preservation wallboard which comprises a wallboard body and two butt joint covers, a vacuum cavity is formed in the wallboard body, bosses are fixedly installed at the top and the bottom of the wallboard body correspondingly, and the two butt joint covers are slidably connected to the two bosses correspondingly; piston rods are fixed to the boss in an array mode, piston plates are fixedly installed at the other ends of the piston rods, piston cylinders are fixed to the inner side of the butt joint cover in an array mode, the piston cylinders are filled with hydraulic oil, the piston plates are connected into the piston cylinders in a sliding mode, and springs are arranged on the outer sides of the piston cylinders in a sleeving mode. Damping is provided for vibration of the wallboard body and vibration energy is absorbed through longitudinal movement of the wallboard body relative to the butt joint cover, mutual friction of the friction sleeve and the piston barrel, the extrusion effect of the piston plate on hydraulic oil and the friction effect of the hydraulic oil penetrating through the hydraulic oil flow channel, and therefore the purpose of a good vibration reduction effect is achieved.
