The high-strength bending-fracture-resistant cold-drawn deformed steel provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that the bending-resistant compensation plates which are of the [-shaped plate-shaped structure are mounted on the two sides of the cold-drawn deformed steel body, and the multiple bending-resistant grooves are formed in the surfaces of the bending-resistant compensation plates, so that the bending resistance of the cold-drawn deformed steel is effectively enhanced.
