Adjustable laminated slab supporting method
The invention relates to the technical field of house building project formwork supporting, in particular to an adjustable laminated slab supporting method which comprises the steps that a device is placed at the joint position of a laminated slab and a wall for supporting, then fasteners are used for being fixed to vertical rods of an adjacent formwork supporting system, and the vertical position and the extending length of the supporting system are adjusted; and after the adjustment is finished, the right-angle fastener is locked by an electric wrench, so that the aim of supporting the template is fulfilled. On the premise that the joint position of the laminated slab and the wall body is supported, a row of formwork supporting system vertical rods and corresponding transverse rods can be omitted, part of materials are saved, and the situation that the modulus is not consistent, and the vertical rods cannot be installed on a ring-lock type scaffold is avoided.
本发明涉及房建工程模板支撑技术领域,尤其涉及一种可调节叠合板支撑方法,将装置放置于叠合板与墙体接缝位置进行支撑,之后用扣件与相邻模板支撑体系的立杆固定并对本支撑体系进行上下位置以及外伸长度调整,调整完毕后用电动扳手将直角扣件锁紧,达到支撑模板的目的。在对叠合板与墙体接缝位置进行支撑的前提下,可减少一排模板支撑体系立杆与相应的横杆,节省部分材料,且避免了模数不符合,盘扣式脚手架无法安装立杆的情况。
