The invention discloses an adjustable prestressed inhaul cable reinforcing device for post-earthquake frame structure repair, which comprises a prestressed inhaul cable, a frame beam connecting piece and a frame column connecting piece, the frame beam connecting piece is used for being mounted on the lower surface of a frame beam, and the frame column connecting piece is used for being mounted on the outer surface of a frame column. The frame columns located at the two opposite ends of the frame beam are each provided with a frame column connecting piece, the positions of the frame column connecting pieces are higher than the positions of the frame beam connecting pieces, and the frame beam connecting pieces and the frame column connecting pieces are connected together through at least two prestress inhaul cables. Due to the fact that the frame column connecting plate is connected with the frame column through the bolt, the height of the frame column connecting plate can be adjusted at will, then the included angle between the oblique prestress inhaul cable and the frame beam can be flexibly adjusted, and the moment arm of the bending moment formed by the prestress inhaul cable is changed. The restoring force efficiency of the prestressed inhaul cable can be adjusted by flexibly adjusting the force arm, so that the working efficiency of the device for eliminating the vertical deflection of the frame beam is improved.
