The invention belongs to the field of hydroelectric power generation, and provides a fence type flowing water continuous power generation system and equipment which comprises a bottom plate module which is prefabricated by reinforced concrete, is used for being arranged at the water bottom and kept horizontal, is designed to be of a rectangular plate-shaped structure and has enough weight and size so as to ensure the stability in water flow. The bottom plate module is the foundation of the whole power generation system and provides a stable supporting platform for the power generation pile, the power generation pile module comprises a vertical shaft, a water turbine, a power generator and a cable, the vertical shaft and a bottom plate are vertically installed and fixedly connected through a flange base, and the control module is used for regulating and controlling technical parameters of power generation, optimizing the power generation efficiency and conducting intelligent interaction with a power grid. According to the hydroelectric generation system, the distributed design without a large dam is adopted, and interference to a river ecosystem is remarkably reduced. Compared with a traditional hydroelectric generation mode, the system occupies little land resources in the installation and operation process, and the negative influence on the environment is further reduced.
