The invention relates to a preparation method of salt gypsum. The seed crystal is prepared before the reaction of the mirabilite water and the ammonia distillation waste liquid, the salt gypsum crystallization promoting agent is added in the reaction, and various conditions in the salt gypsum reaction process are controlled, so that the water content of the salt gypsum is reduced from 30% to 15% or below, and meanwhile, the crystal grains of the salt gypsum are increased; therefore, the salt gypsum can be used as a raw material for preparing building gypsum and high-strength gypsum, and a new way is developed for comprehensive utilization, energy conservation and emission reduction of the salt gypsum. The method provided by the invention is suitable for various reactions containing Na2SO4 solution and CaCl2 solution, and can effectively control the water content of the generated salt gypsum.
本发明涉及一种盐石膏的制备方法。本发明在芒硝水及蒸氨废液反应前制备晶种,并在反应中加入盐石膏促晶剂,通过控制盐石膏反应过程中的各种条件,使得盐石膏的含水量由30%降到15%以下,同时增大盐石膏的晶粒,从而使得盐石膏可以作为制备建筑石膏及高强石膏的原料,为盐石膏的综合利用和节能减排开发了一条新的途径。本发明的方法适用于各种含有Na2SO4溶液及含有CaCl2溶液的反应,可以有效控制生成的盐石膏的含水量。
