Device and method for preventing and treating water leakage of subway station in water-rich stratum
In the grouting process, an inserting pipe is inserted into a repairing position, then a pump truck is started, materials can be conveyed into the inserting pipe and finally discharged to the repairing position through the inserting pipe, then a servo motor is started, the servo motor drives a gear ring to rotate through a small gear, and the materials are conveyed to the repairing position through the gear ring. In the rotating process of the gear ring, the top head is driven to eject the top frame, the top frame can move upwards after being ejected by the top head, the top frame can be pulled by the first spring to move downwards after moving upwards, and the scraping ring can scrape the discharge port in a reciprocating mode, so that materials can be discontinuously discharged from the discharge port, and a certain space exists between the newly discharged materials and materials outside the insertion pipe; and therefore, new materials can be continuously discharged outwards, and external materials are prevented from being blocked at the position of the discharge port.
