Non-dismantling reinforcing method for basement transformation outer wall
The dismantling-free reinforcing method comprises the steps that drilling is carried out on the inner side of the basement outer wall to form a plurality of obliquely-downward hole channels, the hole channels extend into a soil body, the position of each hole channel corresponds to the position of each floor, each hole channel comprises a plurality of drill holes, and the drill holes are formed in the circumferential direction of the basement outer wall; a pre-stressed anchor cable is provided, the pre-stressed anchor cable is placed in the drill hole, and the anchoring end of the pre-stressed anchor cable is sleeved with a wrapping bag; cement paste is pressed into the wrapping bag, and then the cement paste is pressed into the drill hole to wrap the free end of the pre-stressed anchor cable and the wrapping bag; the steel strand of the pre-stressed anchor cable is tensioned, so that the integrity and internal resistance of the surrounding rock are improved, the strength is enhanced, and the stable strength of the surrounding rock is improved; original floor slabs on the basement outer wall are dismantled, and newly-built floor slabs are constructed; and dismantling the pre-stressed anchor cables layer by layer from bottom to top. The problems that in the basement transformation process, the original outer wall dismantling and reconstruction cost is high, and the construction period is long are solved.
本发明公开了一种地下室改造外墙免拆加固方法,包括:于地下室外墙的内侧钻进形成斜向下的多道孔道,孔道伸至土体中,每道孔道的位置与每层楼板的位置相对应,每道孔道包括多个钻孔,多个钻孔沿地下室外墙的周向方向设置;提供预应力锚索,将预应力锚索放置于钻孔中,预应力锚索的锚固端套设有包裹袋;于包裹袋内压入水泥浆,再于钻孔内压入水泥浆以包覆预应力锚索的自由端和包裹袋;张拉预应力锚索的钢绞线,提高围岩的整体性和内在抗力,增加强度,增大围岩的稳定强度;拆除地下室外墙上的原有楼板并施工新建楼板;自下而上逐层拆除多道预应力锚索。本发明解决了地下室改造过程中,原有外墙拆除重建成本高、工期长的问题。
