The invention discloses a door leaf and door frame sealing structure, which relates to a door, is used for sealing between a door leaf and a door frame, and is characterized by comprising a sealing strip arranged on the periphery of the inner side of the door leaf and a knife-shaped pressing strip which is arranged on the periphery of the outer side of the door frame and can be matched with the sealing strip to seal the door frame and the door leaf, the knife-shaped pressing strip is formed by folding a plate; when the door leaf is closed on the door frame, the knife-shaped pressing strip is pressed on the sealing strip to form sealing. The knife-shaped pressing strip is formed by folding one plate, and compared with a single-piece knife-shaped pressing strip in the prior art, the pressing strip is obviously higher in strength and not prone to deformation.
