The invention relates to an intelligent template grabbing device which comprises a fixing base, two clamping ends which are oppositely arranged are formed on the fixing base, and a clamping space is formed by the two clamping ends and the fixing base; the clamp is rotatably arranged at the clamping end, a part of the clamp is arranged in the clamping space to form a clamping part, and the two clamping parts abut against each other; the clamping parts are arranged on the fixing seat in a sliding mode, the button is arranged on the fixing seat in a sliding mode, a pull rope is arranged between the button and the clamping parts, by sliding the button, the pull rope pulls the clamping parts to rotate, a channel allowing a template to pass through is formed between the two clamping parts, and when the button is loosened, the clamping parts rotate towards the center of the clamping space and clamp the template. Usage is simple and operation is convenient.
