Ardealite activation method
The invention provides an ardealite activation method which comprises the following steps: mixing ardealite with inorganic acid, reacting, performing solid-liquid separation, washing, and calcining, and cooling the calcined phosphogypsum, grinding, and adding an activation modifier to obtain the modified gypsum product. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the phosphogypsum is pretreated and calcined to fully remove impurities, and then is modified in a manner of grinding and adding an activating agent, so that the activation degree of the gypsum is improved, the oil absorption value is reduced, the utilization value of the gypsum is improved, the problem that the gypsum is limited in the aspect of filler application is solved, and the application field of the phosphogypsum is favorably expanded; the method is easy and convenient to operate, waste heat generated after calcination can be effectively utilized, heat in the system is fully utilized, the production cost is reduced, and the competitive advantage is improved.
