The invention relates to low-carbon high-durability concrete in the field of concrete. The low-carbon high-durability concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-35 parts of cement, 40-46 parts of a cementing material, 180-190 parts of coarse aggregate, 150-160 parts of fine aggregate, 4-6 parts of an air entraining and water reducing agent and 60-70 parts of water, the cementing material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 50-55% of granulated blast-furnace slag, 5-10% of steel slag, 3-5% of desulfurized gypsum, 1-3% of tailings, 2-4% of desulfurized fly ash, 2-4% of red mud, 3-5% of a reinforcing agent and the balance of silicon hydrochloric acid cement clinker. The method has the effect of improving the durability and strength of the low-carbon concrete.
